Thanks-mas

This weekend, was spectacular in a very unexpected way. My husband and I were very overwhelmed at a weekend of hosting Thanksgiving in our 575 sq. foot apartment then driving 4 hours for a 15 year high school reunion and a 2nd Thanksgiving meal. I usually have such high expectations for the holidays, but this time, I just went with the moment and what do you know? Best Thanksgiving ever. Very little drama, lots of love, food, family, friends and even a little healing and closure! Yippee.
